ReplyDeleteI practically grew up in that store! I grieve for Castner-Knott each time other department stores fail to offer anything suitable to wear.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite department store, by far. My mother-in-law worked in the downtown store for many years and I bought virtually all of my clothes in the various branches around Nashville for almost 50 years.
